Born in Canada.
Junior and middle school in Charlton City and Millbury, Massachusetts.
Returned to Canada at 11 years of age.
Made a ‘Ward of the Court’ (orphaned in American lingo) at 13.
On my own at 15.
Worked nights, went to school during the day until I was 18.
Worked the service industry (I lied for 4 years about my age just to get a job) until I was 22.
Worked in corporate as a Desktop Publisher and then as a Communications Officer until I was 30.
